It looked pretty cool when the blog busted 300 hits for the day fairly early ...
and then 400 ...
and then 500 ... 600 ... 700 ...
and it just broke through 800 and still going up!
Whoa!!
I realise that it will not again see this kind of activity unless I come up with a cure for cancer, how to get on an aircraft without taking your shoes off, or some way to get Bill O'Reilly to shut the hell up but it's still cool to see the blog getting thumped like that without exploding!
Herewith, some flowers for anyone who isn't seeing Spring yet. Well, really they're for Cat but she has already seen them (laughs).

Cool deal i saw my first honeybee of the year They are ever more important as i need them to change those pretty spring buds into edible fruit all summer long nothing better than pulling juicy fruit from the tree and sinking your teeth into it But the juice always ends on your shirt Ahhh the joys of spring Welcome back Persephone

Ah, I read some more and I see it. She's the Goddess of the Underworld but also the Goddess of vegetation that comes forth in the Spring. Aha!
