School's Out for the Summer

When you're tired of your high school, you can get Columbine so people understand what gay with guns means but, what do you know, there's a better way.

A kid at Taylor High School in Cleves, OH, decided he had a much better solution with the advantage it had not been tried before.  Rather than shooting people and breaking the hearts of mothers across the city, there's a kinder, gentler way, the GOP way ... sell the school.

The kid listed the school on Craig's List with all the particulars on this 50-room marvel of a high school.  Apparently it didn't bother buyers that the selling price was only $2015 and there was a special because the entire freshman class would be thrown into the deal for free.  Maybe that would rouse your suspicions but it didn't for reportedly a great many people who called the school to inquire:  (Fox:  High school pranksters try to sell school on Craigslist)

Hat tip to the kid from the Make Love Not War crowd.  Great move, no bullets fired, no casualties.

School's out for the summer ... da da de da da

I will stop now as I do not want to recall the song although it's probably too late to stop it.

School's out for the summer ... da da de da da

Screw it.  Give in to total mindlessness.  There was a time when this mattered to you ... a lot.
