UK Cops Justify Most Outrageous Personal Invasion of All

The NSA looks at your private information ... but pretends it doesn't.  Brit cops claim the right to it because 'it's in these private thoughts that the seeds germinate.'  Verbatim quote.  (RT:  Invading young Muslims’ ‘private space’ is justified, UK’s top Muslim cop says)

"Minority Report" is coming to life before your eyes and people are being investigated for pre-crime constantly.  The cop claims it's important to know the thoughts of five-year-olds.  This kind of shamelessness is without peer in human history.

The most twisted aspect of all is the cops use this guy as the figurehead because he's a Muslim.  This makes some difference in justifying illegal invasions of privacy?
