After seeing the other deconstruction, I thought I'd take a look at "Little Wing" for the same thing. I may have seen it once before, not sure. He's very thorough.
I'm not going to do it as I won't detune the guitar for it. The tune is in Eb but the guitar is tuned down a half-step to get to it. I don't like doing that and I don't like capos, for largely the same reason. There is some coolness in going beyond Drop D in which you only drop the E string to a D and instead tune the guitar to a D chord. You can do some whoop de do slide that way.
A nice plus from tuning down is strings are easier to bend. It's kind of a cheesy way to do it but, hey, it works.
