Simple videos can be edited in Final Cut Pro X 10.2 and it's not clear what mix of effects, transitions, etc move a video from simple to complex but "The End of the World in Fort Worth" is over that line. The result is that Final Cut crashes in seconds after opening the file. At first I thought possible hardware problem with the new used computer but I can duplicate the crash on demand. Hardware problems don't respond like that.
Perhaps there is also a problem with Final Cut Pro X 10.2 but Apple has already acknowledged a crashing problem as a result of graphics under OS X Yosemite 10.10.3. The fix has been pending for a week or so now.
