"While My Guitar Gently Weeps" | Luna | Gayageum #Music #Experimental

This version of "My Guitar Gently Weeps" is not like any you have probably heard before.  Let that go since her skills are astonishing.

Who else plays strings in such a way.  In fact, Miss Luna doesn't just play the strings, she makes such sensational love to them, and it's as extraordinary to hear the music as it is to see how she does it.

Cool since many see that title and maybe think not again but now you hear it's more than that and, dayum, can that kid play

It is very unique. And she is very talented.
That is my favorite George songs And I am sorry I clicked on it because I can not get that time back

It sounds like you liked it ... and then you didn't like it. Most confusing.

Not really
I respect her talent just not her use of it on this song

Different strokes, I guess.

The song is deeply sacred to me as well but I have enjoyed hearing a number of versions which were wildly different from the original. This one was the most extreme yet but I did still find beauty in it and that's the different strokes part.

Google Beverly Watkins my new favorite octogenarian

My favorite cover is Carlos with Yo Yo and India truly beautiful
If it doesn't bring years to your eyes then you are probably deaf or dead

Crazy to argue but there's also the version with Tom Petty and Prince which wasn't the same poignance but was still magical for me. Beautiful things will make my eyes well up but I couldn't possibly explain why. It doesn't seem to make any sense but that's all part of it for some reason.

Thanks on the tip about Beverly Watkins as she is one jammin' inspiration.
