More Proof God Hates Texas

The Perseids Meteor Show on the night of August 12-13 is anticipated to be one of the best in years and it will be particularly dramatic because a New Moon means excellent viewing conditions ... except if you're in Texas.  Rain is anticipated for Tuesday and drizzle for the following days which means overcast throughout.

God hates Texas.  I rest my case.

Late-breaking news:

We checked the forecast again and they changed it.  In five minutes, the forecast for next week changes.

It looks now they will go with the Tea Party answer:  I don't know.

Note:  these are the same people who say the temperature is 106F but it feels like 104F.  Physicists could study the phenomenon.  Too bad Texas abandoned the physics research accelerator near here.  So, y'all want some grits??
