This morning CNN has a pic of some guy weeping into his hands and this evening jubilant investors dance as the stock market looks to go right back up again.
You all might not find this particularly funny but I do and it's been that way since the start. Oh no, we are all going to be eaten by rats ... again.
That's what brought things back to the current dilemma of whether to the pursue the Reverend Sasquatch Blood and/or Money Tour or to push on with the naked lesbian combat video.
The naked lesbian combat video is guaranteed to make way more and we need big jingle but there's a tactical problem. All kinds of lesbians are getting married these days but most of them look just a wee bit past combat-prime. We need to find a lot of them and they have to be willing to shoot each other ... naked. So, there are tactical problems and, notwithstanding the huge potential profit, it is probably best to forego the endeavor.
It's too late to build the donut shop on Calhoun Street as the hippies all became lawyers who skim each BP oil spill but never really change anything. Where have all the flowers gone ...
There's also the pursuit of where is the Star Chamber and is there one. The right-wing agenda of the United States has been aggressive, often illegal, and has been consistent at least since the early 50's. However, there's no individual who could have held dominating power to enforce such a drive continuously through that time. Therefore, either there is a Star Chamber guiding it and the members go in and out through some arcane process or the process, once started, drives itself. Something from long back became their own Holy Scripture and now the CIA goes out gunning like they're assassins for Jesus.
It's no secret these illegal incidents took place and their anti-Stalinist agenda has been consistent. The conspiracy theory comes into it when you try to figure out why hasn't any President ever done anything about it. Most Republicans won't do anything about it anyway but no Democrat President has tried or even mentioned these things.
There's no answer here at the Rockhouse but the question has always been fascinating. These activities put a bad stain on the country and anyone in the world can read about it on Wiki. After 'x' number of years the information is discovered through the Freedom of Information Act. After that period of time, the government sloughs it off like nothing happened but no-one demands an answer.
In fact, that's a question for Sanders. He's got all the right moves on the Democratic Party platform but don't give him the walk, ask him the hard questions. What will you do about it.
