After Eric Cantor (R) was rejected by voters, he had seven months yet to serve on his term in Congress. Rather than doing that, he took a $3.5M payoff from an investment bank on Wall Street and quit Washington immediately. Of course he didn't quit Washington at all as what they were buying was his influence and connection within Washington. (MSNBC: Elizabeth Warren on Eric Cantor: ‘Wrong, just wrong’)
They know that, he knows that, and, what's more, you know that.
But you won't do anything and you'll keep bashing welfare mamas.
Enjoy your morality but please don't waste my time with it; I'm looking for the real thing.
Cantor's behavior isn't unusual as obviously Congress is for sale but he does this so blatantly. His arrogance is that he thinks you're such pussies you won't do anything about it.
Guess what. He's right.
