I Didn't Die, It Wasn't Even an Adventure

The clinic visit didn't go bad; it was a complete fiasco and nothing was learned but I was so demolished from the heat that on getting back here I fell out and only awoke again a few minutes ago.  It was 35C / 95F, maybe hotter.  I can't get air when it gets like that and that's what did it.

I'm sorry as I know I worried Cat.

The day sucked and I have to do it again in a week.

This is an explanation and anything more would be a whine.
