This is not The Cat but rather A cat. The speaker is trying English but he's British and hence the subtitles.
Frankly, we don't know the moral to this story.

- Be man enough to fight the cat for the bacon
- Why did you ever let a cat in the house. Little sumbitches will eat your reefer too.
