And Now for Some Christmas Strange

There is a comment pending for one of the articles and here's the content of it:

i need to give your family its bible please call me 817******* my name is r******* thank you

Actual name and number obscured

She obviously knows nothing about me so the message is clearly coming blind.  The reason I note it is it's so unusual to see a phone number in the clear.  The number traces back to an AT&T mobile in Arlington, TX.

I don't mean to criticize this person for giving away Bibles, it just seems an unusual way to do it particularly when it compromises your phone number.  When a girl gives away her name and number online, that's a wee bit of strange.

I'm not going to call her up and warn her about all the bad people in the world it's a load of culturally-destructive malarkey that everyone's an axe murderer.  I imagine the worst that comes is Flirty Bertie calls her up to try to make some woo but even so best to flush the comment.  Everyone knows Flirty Bertie and no-one wants to hear from him ... what's your sign, baby.
