Dedicating a Christmas to the Champ, Muhammed Ali

There was a time when I was huge in SL and it really smoked some of the guitarists as they'd be complaining, how come he gets all the girls when he's such a lame-ass musician.  I'd laugh and laugh and think only, 'if you stop admiring yourself for a few minutes, Axelrod, you might learn something.  I doubt it but you might.'

If you want to know if Axelrod learned anything, look at Washington and think about whether you really want to ask the question.

Muhammed Ali is ever the Champ and ever an inspiration.  If Cat will be the only one in the audience then it is still encouraging to me as at least one person understands what I do and why I do it.  Being crazy about her makes it pretty cool too.

It's not likely I will announce any performance nor will one be scheduled in the Events Calendar so the only way to get behind this kind of peace, love and understanding is to follow CATsCLUB4u on Facebook or join her MusikCircus group in Second Life.  It doesn't matter which performers you follow as all believe the same thing in this way.

(Ed:  is that a cheesy attempt to promote the MusikCircus?)

No, in fact it's a perfectly deliberate promotion of the MusikCircus and the reason is fair.  Everything about the MusikCircus is toward peace, love, and understanding.  Cat never takes anything out of Second Life as everything is for the music.

The Champ's protest against Vietnam cost him everything and he knew that would happen when he did it.  I can't hope to accomplish what he did but I can learn from him and what I learn is to hold the line and do it unarmed.  All of my greatest heroes did it this way and you're about to celebrate the birthday of one of them.  My greatest heroes are the ones who brought about change in the world without weapons and there are more than you may realize as I keep discovering people who have worked this way.

(Ed:  what didn't Axelrod learn?)

Just how feckin' charming I can be.  No-one will listen to you doing anything if you don't listen to them.
