Register for the People's Summit! We Want to Help our Volunteers Get There! | Our Revolution

Our Revolution

Alan,

As a volunteer in the political revolution, and because of the work you did during the Bernie Campaign, we are excited to invite you to attend the People’s Summit as part of the Our Revolution cohort. Demand for this event is huge, but Our Revolution has secured a limited number of spaces for leaders in the movement like you.

The Summit will take place at McCormick Place in Chicago, Friday June 9th through Sunday June 11th. More than 4,000 leaders and activists from all across the movement will gather to share our collective efforts and continue building the progressive movement for economic and social justice. Featured speakers will include Senator Bernie Sanders, Jane Sanders, Van Jones, Rosario Dawson, Naomi Klein, RoseAnn DeMoro, as well as several leaders from the Our Revolution Board—Larry Cohen, Nina Turner, Jim Hightower and Ben Jealous.

Each participant is responsible for paying for their own registration fee, travel and accommodations; however, some need-based scholarships and stipends are available. If you want to request assistance with registration fee, please select the option, “I cannot afford to pay in advance/I do not have access to a debit/credit card” to have your registration fee waived. Travel stipends ranging from 100 to 300 dollars will be awarded based upon need and will be available as reimbursement after the Summit after completing a form at registration. There are also a limited number of free dorm spaces available to Our Revolution attendees.

Attending the People's Summit will be a valuable opportunity for grassroots movement activists, elected leaders, and candidates from all over the country to connect, engage, debate, and take action to further our political revolution. For more information about the People's Summit click here.

Please let us know if you have any questions. I hope to see you at the Summit!

In solidarity,

Kyle Machado
Dir. of Organizing
