Excellent Deal on a Cyber Power Pure Sine Wave UPS

I've been using a Cyber Power UPS for years and I will be recommending this one to Yevette, particularly at that price.  If you have a computer and there are thunderstorms where you live, you need one.  If you don't have thunderstorms, you probably live deep in a cave.

The Cyber Power unit here has performed flawlessly through multiple power drops and sometimes I don't notice the house power is gone until I try to use the Internet and see it's dead because the router has gone away.

This is about more than protecting data since this is your last protection against power spikes and those will fry your computer right now.

(MacWorld:  Newegg is selling a pure sine wave UPS for just $125 right now)

If you’re serious about protecting your PC—and any unsaved work or game you might have open on it—you need an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). A UPS is a surge protector and emergency battery in one, meant to keep devices safe and humming along when the power goes out. Right now, Newegg has a particularly good model on sale: The retailer has dropped the CyberPower GX1325U to just $125. That's $65 cheaper than the going price at other retailers.
