The Chinese have been aware of the inherent psionic powers of twins and reasoned such powers would be amplified if they were in the immediate presence of each other. That research proved valid so they further reasoned their psionic powers might be increased logarithmically by the presence of many twins at once.
The functional but invisible process is all of the twins focus their powers on the twins in the center who are the Vectors, in effect the transmitters / receivers for all of them. That role is tremendously tiring for them and they rotate that responsibility but only the ones with the greatest psionic powers can do it. For this reason, the Psionic Spinwheel, as they call it, cannot be used for too long or too frequently.
If this had been video, you would have seen the room slowly start to spin and increase to a dizzying speed but that would open a portal to the dimension of pure thought where they can cavort at will.
Ed: what are they doing there?
So far they haven't told anyone but I'm sure they will tell us in due time.
