"Heart of the Nebula" | Artist J. Poplin / @juicedawg73

"Heart of the Nebula" by Artist J. Poplin‏ @juicedawg73

Maybe that's a Terminator or maybe it's the Birth of the Universe, your call.

This is about as far removed from Mystery Lady's style as it's possible to get but there may be some intrigue in trying to figure out how he did it.  He's not using any kinds of traditional media but you're not going to get this with Painter 2.0 so that analysis is for the interested student since I have no idea how he does it despite making some nefarious visuals of my own in various ways over the years.

No-one has ever truly seen the heart of a nebula although we peer really intently from millions or trillions of miles away.  For now, J. Poplin is the only way we can get to the center and this is what he saw.

Ed:  why do you talk about interested students all the time?

It's deep respect since interested students are the finest kind.

Thanks for the observation and I saw today his woodworking. The cat just can't stop creating things and I love that vibe.
