I'm not really sure what you call this as a windsurfer has a surfboard with a sail attached to it. Parasailing doesn't really do it as he or she is not on the 'chute. So I have no idea what you call it but it sure does look like big fun. Unlike board surfing, when you get to the beach it's not over as you just turn around go back out again.
I couldn't get close enough to see what apparatus is being used as it appears something is being ridden but what! What I do know is that I was wearing a hoodie and a jacket so what kind of antifreeze this one and another out there had in their blood must be pretty highly effective!
