Joaquin Gustav played tonight and perhaps you have never seen a man play a guitar while balanced on a beach ball but that's because you have never been to Cat's Art MusikCircus!
Joaquin Gustav plays beautiful Latin music and often covers pop tunes in a Latin style. He has a lovely delicate touch to his play and he is well-known for giving one of the most romantic performances in Second Life.
But this is the Circus and not everyone is dancing with his or her favorite squeeze!
Here is Vitti Lowey juggling!
Here is Cybele Byron on the trapeze over the stage. You can see Vitti Lowey way below her!
Here is CRI Bluestar also on the trapeze but on the other side of the stage!
The sim crashed just as Joaquin was going to play his last song but we could see it was going to go down and he quickly told everyone he would be back in five minutes, enough time for the sim to come back up again.
Rather than coming back to play one more song, he wound up playing for another half hour! One of the songs was "Blackbird" by The Beatles, one of Cat's favorites by the band.
He also sang "Happy Birthday" for Rain Foxdale!
Happy Birthday, Rain! May it be a wonderful birthday for you with many, many happiest of returns!
And of course Cat and I danced!
How did I get so lucky? Man, I do not even know!
