The exceptional way this aircraft can be flown may make it seem analogous to military drone aircraft but this thing is so damn loud it couldn't sneak up on a turtle.


Doc had a go with helicopters and apparently he discovered there's some type of ground effect which changes some feet off the ground.  You must be ready for the change or your crack up your helicopter ... which I gather he did a few times.  These days he's pit crew for his son who races RC cars on fairly large indoor tracks and ... get this ... the cars are electric.  I've not seen them race but they said they're fast and maybe I can find something on YouTube.
