At first I brought out the arty kit since I thought it might need a bubble to make it look like a cartoon but decided that would make him look like a politician and they probably don't like him too much since he knows too much about the Bill of Rights since he didn't stop with the Fourth Amendment.
Therefore, pragmatic seemed the direction to make it seem like he considers the question. Maybe it works. Unknown.
