I'm not indulging the whim of a rich kid. She's not a rich kid and has no money for paints. I'm the proud uncle who is quite familiar with starving for art and who is quite determined that she will not have to do it anymore.
You gots no money for strings ... well, she don't gots no money for paints. Ask any artist as it's always the same: they need money for more paint ... always! Canvas they can usually find but paints they need constantly.
Oil paint is expensive, some much more than others, and they go through it like they chug lager beer. Well, no-one drinks that horse piss so let's go with chugging real ale.
Right now you cannot buy anything from the site and there will be background discussion on what commercialization is appropriate. For me, I would go full slut and sell everything from bumper stickers to tattoo stencils of Harley Move for yer butt. You don't think Rembrandt would have done this? He didn't have a fookin' computer. Gezellig, Rembo.
