Who Do You Think Buys the Guns - Democrats Will Shoot Back

America is in the biggest personal weapons fire sale in its history and gun stores can't push them out the door fast enough.  People are buying so much ammunition that there is a national shortage of .22 calibre bullets.

Who do you think is buying all this stuff.

  • It's all militias getting ready for the big War of the Mole People?
  • It's gunners who won't have enough guns until they fill up every room in the house?
  • It's the Mormons getting ready for a Crusade, they just can't figure out where?

Consider, if you will, the likelihood of the purchase of a weapon by someone who has not previously owned one when it is being hyped relentlessly on the television how much the far right has armed and militarized.  Review how many people have been killed after cops broke down the wrong door.  Review how Washington cops killed a woman for a traffic violation (i.e. the one who was shot after she got confused by driving near the White House).

Stand down, cowboy.  Democrats will shoot back.  Think about it.  Who do you really thinks buys these guns.

Yes, those who are most afraid.

Who has the most reason to be afraid.

Democrats who see Ted Nugent and other wild-eyed gunners talking crazy.

The Tea Party obviously wants to burn it to the ground as there has never been a positive suggestion from them on anything but I'd be thinking a lot more of how it went in the Civil War before I started marching the militia downtown.  By percentage of population lost, that was the bloodiest war America ever fought.  (I may be off on that somewhat but it was definitely an absolutely vicious war.)

So what?

Do it now.  Whatever it is.

My parents went to Europe and within a relatively short time after that my ol' Dad had a heart attack / stroke that wrecked him for any more adventures like that.

I went to Europe and came back here to discover my situation is bleak as well.

So stay healthy by not going to Europe.

Ha ha.  Get off your ass and do it!  I talk to multiple people who could retire but don't and the preciousness of this time just doesn't have a value.  A whole lot of compadres have already kicked out of the game.  If you fuck around, it's a guarantee you will miss it too.

It's not just teenagers who think they're immortal.  You think you outgrew that but really you know you didn't.  There's no need to get morbid about it as then you won't do anything as the point is to get up and roll.  If it's going to burn, shouldn't you see as much of it as you can while you can.  And, who knows, maybe it doesn't burn so then it's gravy all over.

"More people have died from overwork than the importance of the world justifies" - Nelson

I knew Nelson about forty years ago and that one line has stuck with me all throughout.  I ignored it but at least I did finally get out whereas some of you are hanging in to get to some certain point in your retirement savings, etc.  You know you could survive just fine already but it's just got to be a little more to be absolutely sure.

Tip:  it won't ever be absolutely sure

Make the move!

You never know.  I'm sitting there and I hear on the radio Jimi Hendrix died.

What?

What???

In a moment it changes.

Do it now!
