Uh, don't look for that to happen, sweet cheeks.
My personal favorite today is from Senator Thom Tillis (R, NC) who doesn't believe employees should be required to wash their hands after using the bathroom. (Washington Post: Senator says restaurant employees shouldn’t be required to wash their hands)
In other news: who knew it's a law to wash your hands. Has it ever been prosecuted and what's the punishment if you are caught. These things trouble me this morning.
Senator Tillis proposes what he considers a non-governmental alternative which is to allow restaurants to opt out of mandatory hand-washing and instead post a sign outside the latrines to read, "OUR EMPLOYEES ARE DIRTY MONKEYS WHO DO NOT WASH."
You're not going to find an intellectual goldmine in cracker Republicans but Senator Tillis is surely the first candidate if we're to sort them in order. We're wondering if he has ideas on dispensing toilet tissues and perhaps he even has some high-tech ideas about automated toilet flushers.
The GOP doesn't need Joe the Plumber anymore. Apparently the GOP already has one.
