Florida Cop Tries to Jack the Wrong Woman #Law #Justice #BlackLivesMatter

There's nothing unusual beyond the typically unwarranted invasion of privacy by the cop since he 'ran her plates' but didn't come up with anything (i.e. there was no cause for a stop) but he pulled her over anyway.  In Florida cop think, she's a black woman driving a nice car so it must be stolen, right?

Note:  we never hear the frequency at which cops 'run the plates' for white women in nice cars but we suspect you know that answer already without asking.  Cops defend the First Amendment mightily but you never hear a peep from those Constitutional experts on the Fourth Amendment.

Florida State Attorney Aramis Ayala's anti-death penalty stance has put her at odds with Gov. Rick Scott.

Congratulations, son, you just pulled over the Florida State Attorney and the fishing trip changed altogether when the cop found out who she was.  We have seen multiple times how terror cops will treat you when they think you're nobody but this fellow transformed into Officer Milquetoast in the twinkling of an eye.  That magical conversion won't convince her of anything she didn't know already:  the cop is an abject coward.

The subject won't be forgotten.

"To be clear, I violated no laws. The license plate, while confidential was and remains properly registered. The tint was in no way a violation of Florida law," she said.

"Although the traffic stop appears to be consistent with Florida law (my) goal is to have a constructive and mutually respectful relationship between law enforcement and the community," she said.

I look forward to sitting down to have an open dialogue with the Chief of Orlando Police Department regarding how this incident impacts that goal."

That Chief is so severely outmatched since he can't dance around with what's legal with this lady; she already knows and much better than the Chief.
