JFK - The Apollo program
Jimmy Carter - Nothing much although he was one of the few who got anywhere with Arab / Israeli negotiation.
Bill Clinton - Nothing substantive to improve America. He deserves special recognition for selling out America via NAFTA even though that was not a physical change.
Barack Obama - He elevated the NSA to the level of the Waffen SS. That infamy is one of America's greatest disgraces.
In short, it's been well over fifty years since there was a President anyone in America could really respect as someone who is trying to improve the country rather than filling the pockets of the rich.
