Little Background on 9/11

The flight was from Providence, RI, to Atlanta, GA, so the aircraft must have a plenty of fuel.  As the pilot flew past New York City, he told everyone there would be a great view of the City from the left side of the aircraft.  Very nice, very nice.

About five minutes after that, the World Trade Center buildings blew up but we did not see it.  This aircraft still would have been a perfect choice to join them and flew from an airport not so far away from the one in Boston.

We knew nothing in the passenger area and the pilot did not make another announcement.  Many planes were being routed to the hub in Atlanta but we were going there anyway so we didn't even know of a course change.  Perhaps it's my imagination but I remember that as the fastest landing ever and I've flown quite a few times.

By all rights ...

By all rights what?

It was so quiet you could almost hear the Bush family flying the bin Ladens out of the country.
