There are tiers of service within the Veterans Administration with wounded combat veterans at the top and non-combat veterans at the bottom. Fair enough. Those guys need it.
Dunno if you noticed but they were going to test for blockage but didn't do it. After they blew off the surgery, I was a write-off and that's not a complaint as they don't have the money. You can write your own editorial and hopefully you'll do full research on who cut the budget to the VA.
It was a sound medical decision and I agreed with it. I still do. This is triage in a medical system that has too many people to handle.
For me it makes no difference now but there are thousands and thousands of others in exactly the same situation.
Don't let them make any more cuts to the VA without chucking at least a damn submarine or something. This is bullshit.
