Uh, huh, when Southwest talks about saving some dogs and cats after Hurricane Harvey, they aren't screwing around. (Chron: Southwest Airlines flew a plane full of dogs and cats from Texas to San Diego)
For all you bleeding hearts who love animal rescues ... because you're some of the best people around.
How is that rescue looking to you now, mates?
The aftermath of Hurricane Harvey has created many amazing, heartwarming moments as humanity rises to the occasion.
Southwest Airlines decided to kick the cuteness factor up a notch this week by flying a plane full of 64 shelter dogs and cats from Austin to San Diego where they will be put up for adoption.
The flight this week held a cabin full of animals escorted by volunteers. The pets were en route to the Helen Woodward Animal Center's San Diego adoption center.
