Ouch on that caption. The fellow has committed fully and you might be interested in "The Illustrated Man" by Ray Bradbury since the tattoos he described have special properties. The book was also made a movie starring Rod Steiger and Claire Bloom and I enjoyed it thoroughly although reviewers in general were somewhat less generous about it. (imDB: The Illustrated Man (1969))

For some reason she has made her panties part of the ensemble but we think she was already there with her machine gun and the cigar is an excellent raunchy touch.
