#Photography for the Empathy: Puerto Rico 9/27

Ordinarily I don't feature series such as this one but the people of Puerto Rico are in deep trouble and need major assistance.  Speeches are the last things they need.  So much water and not a drop to drink.  Update from about an hour ago.  CNN:  US military sends ships, aircraft to Puerto Rico
