Need to Record Dry Run of "The Sanctuary Song" with All the Bits

A good sound check of how it all sounds would be excellent plus I really don't want to take a bath.  Situation is definitely improved but I'll save up the dunking just yet.

So ... what that means is record without video.  Much easier to do because I only need start a small recording app and click start.  That does it for setup and the input will come in from the mixer with the output as an AIFF which is full-spectrum audio.

Note:  wit' yer mainframes, I had to turn every little knob, push every little button, and still it may not work right.  With Apple, I get high quality only by wiggling my finger.  Much, much better.

The file will be converted to MP3 and that's a simple thing too.  That could easily be done in one step by the recording software but it's better form to record everything at highest possible audio resolution no matter what material you're laying down.

There is a production aspect to it because this will give a good reveal for how it will come across in live performance.  The video provides the stage so that gets spoken and, ok, let's hear how that sounds.

The mike sound box has been changed to reduce reverb and hopefully give greater clarity.  It did sound better to me in checking the settings.  That bugged me in the last attempt and this should resolve it.

Update:  Vampire Woman just crashed so no recording just yet but that's ok.  What that means for now is kick back with a bowl of the high-grade and get into bad, bad Santa with Billy Bob Thornton who is the hands-down worst Santa Claus who ever lived ... but then it all turns beautiful.  You must have seen the movie so you know the Sunshine Kid.  At first he is sooooo annoying like Tibetan throat music with cowbells and piccolos (yah, imagine that) ... but ... the Sunshine Kid owns it.
