Living Large with Protein Drinks and Milk of Magnesia

Yesterday it got so painful I thought there's no chance you get out of it this time.  I tried to go out to a pharmacy but there was no way, just could not do it.

Yevette got up later in the day and flew out for a Save the Silas mission which brought back Milk of Magnesia, Ensure protein drink, and Pedialyte for electrolytes.  It's now almost twelve hours later and there's been some improvement.  Thank you, Yevette, as this does seem to have turned it around.

Everything shoots from the other end now and that's highly annoying as well but at least it doesn't hurt like all that vomiting.

When you lose this much fluid, the biggest concern is for restoring electrolytes and the importance is because losing them often causes muscle cramps which will mostly come in your legs.  The dehydration is also a huge part of the weakness which comes.

I wasn't believed when I said I could not sit in front of the computer when this happened the last time and it wasn't all that long ago.  I see now that was just case building and that resulted in the emotional hit of the week.  It looks now like the illness will improve but that won't.

Still, regardless of whether there is a reason for it, "The Sanctuary Song" has to be completed.  Even if the one for whom it was intended does not want it, hopefully it will spin long enough on YouTube until the world isn't such a mean and spiteful place.  There are few who would understand it just now but things won't stay this way, not if anyone is to survive it.

There is good news from Tinkerbell since she had no serious side effects from the surgical procedure yesterday.  That was one of the big deals yesterday, to let her know I was not so lost in my own sorry state I had forgotten about it.  She is now cheerfully posting regarding the corruption of the Democratic National Committee in trying to destroy Bernie Sanders so she seems right as rain.

It will likely be some days yet before anything productive comes but at least there's the hope of that now and there wasn't hope for much of anything this week.
