Obama's ODNI Scandal Just Keeps on Giving @Nowhere68

Most of the regulars, assuming I'm reading y'all with any accuracy at all, don't want fencing from Washington but rather we want them to grow some honesty and some balls to do fair business with the world. We also wish that will happen quickly so we have something more interesting to read each day.  Trump, thus far, is mixed since he has shown a conciliatory position toward Moscow but has angered China.

We saw yesterday how the White House tries to blow off the egregious failure in the CIA through their accusations of Iraqi WMDs even after that caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people and cost trillions of dollars, none of which accomplished one positive thing for America or the world.  (RT:  ‘It's déjà’ vu’: Why many equate ‘embarrassing’ ODNI report to Iraq ‘WMD fiasco’)

Here's further confirmation the Russians had nothing to do with it.  (RT:  ‘Insider leaks, not Russian hacking’: CIA & MI5 veterans discuss ODNI report on RT)

This meme plays quite a bit on Twitter:

You saw it for yourself as that's exactly what happened and he's been acting like a spiteful child ever since.

There isn't a reputable journalist or analyst in the world who has found any significant content in the ODNI report as the document is nothing more than a barefaced attempt to crush dissent.  That doesn't stop MSM from lauding that rubbish as the next best thing to the Dead Sea Scrolls which is exactly what they will become if we sit idly by and accept what they're trying to do.

Ed:  that looked awfully much like a threat of disaster if we fail to behave!

Fair enough.  We don't need that when we hear so much of it already.

Here's a portrait of the CIA as some old trout has been prattling about the goodness of the organization and, here's the beauty part, she calls herself a progressive.  Physician/Attorney / @Nowhere68 claims her old man works for the CIA and, assuming any of what she says is true, she's connected direct to the Beast.

Retired Neurosurgeon, one time Attorney.  Wife, Mother, grandmother.  Freed from the shackles of convention I can now speak my mind.  Progressives drive the future.

@Nowhere68 Not exactly- but they do keep your sorry ass free.

Unbelievable, isn't it.  Apparently she really accepts that even while she reads like a good little Obama supporter.  After the way Obama has made a fool of himself with their false ODNI report, she must just love the guy.  She did a peach of a job of getting herself 'freed from the shackles of convention,' didn't she (larfs).

Ed:  you're an old trout too!

Yah but I'm an old trout who reads and doesn't accept political dogma as truth.

The concept of being a progressive is the most galling since the Clinton Democrats destroyed the meaning of that along with the definition of the party is a whole.  This lifetime Democrat will vote Democrat again ... as soon as a real Democrat presents and the last one was Jimmy Carter.

Brits are fed-up as well with the state-sponsored tyranny in these spy organizations and they're protesting more and more about it.  (RT:  UK govt’s sweeping spying powers face court challenge)

Spurrier said Liberty hopes “anybody with an interest in defending our democracy, privacy, press freedom, fair trials, protest rights, free speech and the safety and cyber security of everyone in the UK will support this crowdfunded challenge, and make 2017 the year we reclaim our rights.”

Here's one more example of CIA incompetence to close after Brennan said the organization misjudged the appeal of Western democracy in the Middle East.  (RT:  US misjudged appeal of Western democracy for Middle East during Arab Spring – CIA’s Brennan)

Perhaps we could take this time to review.  Isn't that what the CIA is supposed to do.

There's one example of CIA incompetence after the other and the most famous was in their failure to predict the collapse of the Soviet Union due to bankruptcy.  They should have known it was going down anyway regardless of what Reagan did but they let him go and that kind of military spending hasn't seen much abatement ever since.

It's a chilling thing to realize Obama has been vastly more deadly and militaristic than Reagan ever was.  Today people call that progressive but we call it murder.
