Police were summoned but they couldn't do anything since being an asshole still isn't illegal. Ms Ford then took it to Facebook where it sparked up a whole lot of people. This grew so much it even got the attention of the Dairy Queen top management and that's what gets us to the punchline.

Dairy Queen pulled the franchise rights for the bastard and his store is now closed.
Where this would win the full Disney prize is if Ms Ford somehow can take over the franchise to re-open the store and all live happily ever after.
