You May Like This One ... or Natalya Rudova

#ItWasSoAwesomeWhen Americans weren't such illiterate snuffurkles, goombargles, and petuniacs in a shivoo of simple self-indulgence.

The other Twitticisms generally go with the flow of things but that one I thought you might like.

Note:  'shivoo' is a real word or at least a dictionary word and it comes to us from Australia.

And how about Natalya Rudova for the proof of why Americans hate Russians.

Ed:  it was just envy all along?

"From Russia with Love," Daddy-O.

Ed:  do NOT go beatnik!

That won't happen.  I would never have made it as a beatnik since I don't like coffee or heroin.  They were too, too cool, tho.  Beatniks gave us great poetry (e.g. Ginsberg), music (e.g. bebop jazz), writers (e.g. Kerouac), comedy (e.g. Bruce) ... they owned cool.

Ed:  they hated Russians as well!

No, they certainly did not.  The anti-Russian palaver was coming from petuniacs in Washington, as it usually does, and many beatniks were Commie symps; the real ones still are but they got calm about it by keeping the Socialism and chucking the rest.

They weren't envious either since this was before America turned to fat.

Ed:  so all the Russian hate / envy now is coming from old fat beatniks?

Probably not but good science requires consideration of the possibility.

Fade to black with the sound of multiple people popping their fingers in beatnik applause.
