There were several sightings of wandering felines this morning as as the dark one showed up again and so did the reclusive orange and white one. They don't appear every day and being gone for multiple days gets me wondering if this one has been injured or if she has gone walkabout. The ones released from this house have been neutered so they aren't raising kittens and I haven't seen any from other cats either.
So the Rockhouse Defense Force cats are how felines are when they are staying relatively cool. The video shows how Momma reacts when her kitten is threatened and you see in the teaser the size of the dog. We note he must be a badly-trained Labrador to go after a cat like that. Many times they're so laid-back they don't even need a leash.
This one got an excellent lesson in cats. Take it, away Momma Feline.
