Hillary Clinton sells weapons to multiple countries overseas in her role as Secretary of State. She was such a slut to this arms trafficking that she even made deals selling fighter aircraft to Pakistan.
Clinton also said she does not believe 'problems with VA are widespread as they are made out to be,' thus proving she knows absolutely nothing about the subject. There was spin later from a campaign manager which said, incredibly weakly and predictably, she was misinterpreted. In fact, there was no misinterpretation of any kind except of her qualification to be a President ... which becomes more pathetically laughable every day.
In fact the problems are widespread and all of them were caused by a GOP Congress. That can be repaired by people who actually give a damn and Clinton proves she didn't even give enough of a damn to look.
The VA does the absolute best it can with the resources it has got. There will always be problems with bad management and the GOP will tell you it can be done better in the private sector but I've reviewed conversation with GOP types about the problems in private sector management (i.e. the Ebola of middle managers, etc). That's not what they say when they come out front, tho. The general position of the GOP is to destroy anything the government supports except roads and rockets.
