The story is around Whitney Marie Beall, a drunk-driving would-be killer of bikers, who used Periscope to stream her activities while she got shit-faced in a bar and then tried to drive home. Unfortunately for her dim-witted self, a cop thought to load Periscope and saw immediately where she was. Charges of Driving Under Influence do not seem to have been pressed yet. Lee Cohen is the attorney who hopes to get her off to get another shot at killing bikers on another drunken evening. He has said Beall will offer no interviews and he wants to see all the facts. The shyster actually has a point as it's conceivable she was acting and was not really drunk. That's not likely but young people often do that, in terms of pretending to be more hammered than they really are.

The story schematic is she's such a loser she's got nothing better to do than get drunk and, even when she's apparently wasted and vulnerable, still no-one tries to pick her up. There's nothing more pitiful than that unless you talk to Sergeant Pepper about the band.
This is the class of Millennial Non-Starters and they don't represent anything other than the ones who won't make it. Watching them waste their time is only wasting your own time. Right now likely she googles herself so she can watch people watching her. Someone seriously needs to teach that Beagle some stupid, um, dog tricks as she doesn't do well with stupid human tricks.
There's another class of them which is working like hell to be something more than that. I know one of them well and couldn't be more proud of him. Hint: he stopped drinking. Now he's learning how to save lives. Well ...
