David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were indicted for tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony, and Daleiden was also indicted on the count of prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs, a class A misdemeanor, according to the Harris County district attorney.

Most states didn't give the charges by Daleiden and Merritt any credence and did not investigate anything but Texas did and a Texas grand jury has now cleared Planned Parenthood of any violation of law. Planned Parenthood has also been cleared in eleven states and the others beyond that never fooled with these inane charges.
The beauty part is Governor Greg Abbott of Texas said he will continue investigating Planned Parenthood but he did not specify for what reason. Maybe they don't fly a big enough American flag because it's required by law to fly one as big as a football field to show your patriotism and how you're willing to kick the shit out of the Dixie Chicks for exercising free speech.
There's another beauty part since Carly Fiorina is exercising white woman boob privilege and she has not been indicted for her part in this even though she has exploited these videos around the country and quite likely caused the murders of the Planned Parenthood workers by the psycho in Colorado. It's not clear whether she commissioned these videos but it seems likely and she sure hasn't been shy in displaying them as truth.
Fiorina is even more of a horror bitch than Hillary Clinton with all the weapons deals she made. Trump complained today he has trouble with The Establishment but all three in this crew are so deep in The Establishment they might as well be made out of bricks.
