Because it's so ludicrous. You swear at someone he is someone who fucks his mother but it's the most ludicrous charge you can make. Nobody, except maybe in Arkansas, ever does this. Even so, we get pissed off if someone says we do. For me, this is high comedy. It makes no sense whatsoever and yet it's institutionalized.
