Fiorina is a corporate executioner ... go into the corporation and kill as many as necessary to restore whatever model of profitability your owner (i.e. stockholders) wants. That does work and it's been happening for years. It requires a particular ruthlessness to devastate tens of thousands of lives but that's not important when the final profit is the only thing which matters.
The woman is a walking Inquisition as she will casually kill anything in her way. Her record shows it and she's never done anything else. No question she's a smart woman but absolutely ruthless.
The problem with bloated corporations doesn't come from the workers but rather the incompetence of previous CEOs in that they fail to prevent middle managers from multiplying faster than Ebola. All of these middle managers create new managers who, in turn, want a budget and right after that they want staff.
As soon as the new managers have staff, they can start cloning more managers and then this new manager can manage those managers to get himself promoted to a group manager. This is absolutely how it works and is what murders corporations. When the deadwood managers get purged by an executioner, the staff dies too and the workers were victims who had nothing whatever to do with the game. The media coverage is, hey, look how the workers sucked the place dry but that doesn't reflect how it works.
This amorality and lack of compassion in those who wrap themselves so closely in the Bible makes a ludicrous contrast as the behavior of the GOP has almost nothing to do with anything in the Bible relative to wealth shifts, abandoning the poor, etc, etc.
The problem isn't so much she's vicious but rather there is still not a hint of a vision. They're stuck in flounder politics (i.e. all they see is the bottom) and that's gone on for far too long already.
Naturally Trump tanks as I've said from the start I didn't think he even wanted the job and he's just showboating for the hell of it. He's got the money, he's got the time, fuck it, let's run for President.
The really entertaining move is if, as is more likely, Jeb Bush winds up with the lead as then he gets asked how about having brother George at the convention. There would be one Galactic Class stink around that. It would be mildly amusing watching him squirm if he dodges doing it but it would be fall-down hilarious if he goes through with it. There would be stinks shooting out of the convention building like skyrockets.
That play doesn't seem so credible as brother George probably kills him before that due to simple dead weight, too much baggage. Some stuff don't wash off, Jeb boy.
They're all so marginal, there's not much point in an item by item review. More will likely soon follow Walker into the outhouse. We already knew he gives up easily so of course he's first.
If they manage to kill Trump then it probably won't make any difference since he buys the TV commercial time with a large portion of his own money. Firing him won't stop him. Only pastries and ... well, some other things will shut him up.
The GOP has got itself a bona fide circle jerk in-progress as they know this lot couldn't manage a dog fight but they're stuck with them so now what. It's still unpredictable but I do know Bernie Sanders is fierce and viciousness is not the same as ferocity nor is it a match as it can be easily exposed.
