The situation is not regret regarding Sanders except insofar as it's sad to see him throw away his name but I won't get anything out of it regardless of who wins the election now so there's no personal loss either way. My thoughts were toward the future and the current players will likely only slow it down ... again.
The most unusual aspect of this for me is my thoughts are regarded as radical but that's only true when you're so passive you could be served on toast to the preacher's wife.
Everyone gets a fair shot at the brass ring.

I once offered a job to someone who was personally dickish enough to wear a dress to the interview to screw with me but his professional qualifications were excellent. Everyone gets a shot at the title. From there it's deliver or get the fuck out and I've done that too, much to my regret since firing someone is almost as much of a personal failure as divorce.
Note: that's not even a slight exaggeration as the two things which I believe mean I will burn are my actual divorce and firing this guy. The one I fired was not the one in the dress. Other things were mistakes but I'll burn for those ... I already do.
The killing has to stop and fuck your guns.

That's not radical, it's common sense. Spare me reasons for them so long as the bloodbath rages. Reasons don't mean anything to dead people.
Cops and military are out-of-hand and you know it.
For many it's convenient not to think about it but awareness of the situation hardly constitutes radicalism. The lack of awareness, however, is extremely expensive to the country and, most particularly, the citizens.
There's nothing political in any of this.
Politicians are the only people more boring than contract bridge players and our interest in each population is about the same. The time for looking for politicians who are Senators stepping away from Greek theatre may be just a wee bit fanciful since they don't typically have flowing robes and long, curly, blonde locks.
(Ed: blonde Greeks?)
It happens. Roll with it.
The endemic racism must be accepted and resolved.
Ignoring it or pushing it out of the way isn't even close to a solution for a problem any fool can see.
Radical? Hardly.
