There's nothing particularly 'racy' about the picture as we doubt the pic will raise the prurient interest of even a bonobo ape. It's sure as hell offensive to some but such people typically take offense at things because it's their favorite indoor sport. Social networks live for taking offense at things and, thus, you see proof they never get laid.
Zuckerberg sure got rich but it made him nothing more than a puritanical prig, the same thing which happens to most CEOs.
The painting looks like an amateurish piece of graffiti which is nevertheless mildly-amusing. The best thing you might say about it goes, "Well, at least it's better than a George Bush painting."
