Latest Silas Scarborough offering although bereft of unusual hats since he's so daringly authentic for this one. It's a consideration of whether to record some vignettes from this or that aspect of the checkered adventure.
Warning for brief gratuitous gore but that's also what got the biggest laugh so it stayed. This was the reason for the reticence about the upload and if Yevette did not laugh then I would have bagged it.
I did locate some really awful palm trees for six bucks and they might even be cool. It's easy to make things look Hollywood but a bit more difficult to make them look real. That why the fake palm trees are needed, see.

Garrison Keillor did his last show..."Stories Told Under The Rainbow Umbrella Show". I think it could be a hit--kinda like the Prairie Home Companion only just a little different....but we like different..and the commercials would be like no other...fake palms..naw, I see magical looking trees..more of the Alice In Wonderland feel. Could ya actually do a show on YouTube? The umbrella would be a key element tho. ML
P.S. The incision is quite long. Thanks for uploading the music video where I could see it. There's a boogie woogie tune called "Itchin' and Bitchin" I hear the words already. It would be a lot of fun to be there with ya'll. ML
I saw Garrison Keillor has just retired and there's a Big Fish for legends because storytellers are always remembered the longest. I still remember Warrant Officer Scott in the Army and he was an old guy with thirty+ years into the military and there was no way he was going to retire because he had outlived everyone else so he told stories after lunch. Sometimes he would fall asleep after that but they were such great stories and no-one would have ever thought of ratting him out for sleeping.
It sounds like Facebook did not hassle you for an account to see the video so that's good news. My standard for videos is lower for Facebook and that's true for practically everyone but even those can be interesting sometimes.
It's a nice slice and there are two others so you see there's a whole lot of suppression of bitching happening (larfs). My current theory is dermos do a different kind of suture and that's why so much of the infernal itching because I don't remember that much at all from sutures any other surgeons ever did.
"Itchin' and Bitchin'" sounds like just the theme song right now (larfs).
As to Stories from Under a Rainbow Umbrella being live, that really is possible with YouTube Live. There's a Facebook Live but I'm sure you would need a password for that and I simply refuse. That's an unacceptable condition to put on friends. YouTube does not do that so that could definitely work.
I knew you would see it with the fake palm trees. Maximum use of available resources and all that stuff. The ones I found looked ridiculous but they only look that way to someone who is being ridiculous already and expecting a real palm tree to grow inside a house. Anyone can be cool with money but it's stylin' to do it for cheap!
I did not see it on facebook. It was Youtube and your blog.
That's what moves Facebook up to the 'mildly useful' category from 'complete waste of time' since the video was physically uploaded to Facebook but you could see it here. No need for the mechanics of it as the only part which matters is you didn't get hassled to see it.
