Two Kids Who Can Tie their Laces and One Who Can't in Austria

The Rockhouse did research the matter of the annual Gauner festival and, despite reviewing multiple links, it was not found anywhere.

Therefore ...

Here are the kids who may not exist in the festival which may not exist in the country which may not exist due to their consideration of renaming Austria to Grand Fenwick.

Ed:  why?

Grand Fenwick has the "Q" bomb whereas Austria only has flugelhorns and they want the coolness which comes from having a bomb which no-one else has got.  (WIKI:  Grand Fenwick)
