J. Edgar Hoover, FBI Director, was America's favorite and highest-ranking cross dresser but he had so much shit on everyone else they were afraid of him.
But, as you see above, Washington learned much from him, especially about bugging the bedrooms of private citizens as J. Edgar Hoover did with Martin Luther King. Insofar as the White House is emulating that behavior now, it seems a safe extension to believe they are cross-dressing as well and here's the proof.

Usually the people who do this make art such as putting Taylor Swift's head on some porno slut who is fucking the football team so I suppose this is evolution.
Note: I have not looked for naked pics of Taylor Swift and I strongly suggest you don't.
