Note: bespoke is so awkward I need to look it up every time and it just means made to order.
Ed: what does nobody but nobody mean?
It's an American thing. No-one knows what it means.
OCD did drive me to look up the meaning of 'having a Dickens of a time' and I discovered Dickens is a euphemized version of the Devil so it means 'having a Devil of a time.'
Ed: it still doesn't make any sense
