This looks like quite a nice little bicycle ... until you consider what kind of physical mutation it would take to ride it.
Ed: penguins with no knees could ride it
Gong ... there's no way to pedal a bicycle without knees unless you're standing on the pedals and want to shake your your ass like you're the home girl with her first pair of high-heeled shoes.
Maybe it's for BMX racers who never sit on the seat but, if that's the case, why even bother with adding one. The frame bar is either the spine or the top tube depending on whether you're talking about motorcycles or bicycles so how about padding that to prevent various types of unfortunate injuries and lose the seat.
