One thing's sure: she sure as hell didn't learn anything. Being a bank teller is one of the worst-paying jobs around and even being a branch manager doesn't pay all that much plus there's the benefit of paying tons for clothes to do it. Working for a bank is one of the worst career decisions possible.
Dunno if you noticed but she doesn't even make the proposed minimum wage of $15.00 and carrying an $86K debt load. Brilliant. She's trying to play way, way out of her league. If this is what she planned for the outcome for school, she never should have gone in the first place.

Fair enough and unknown about 'most' but I see a whole lot of people claiming degrees but don't seem to know much of anything. They might as well have burned the money.
Professor Barry Isaacs was one of my favorites and I remember him talking about how some tribe of Indians it which individuals might eat fifteen pounds of meat at a sitting. We dutifully scribed notes on the matter but he got quiet after saying it and waited.
Then he asked, 'have you ever known anyone anywhere who was physically capable of eating fifteen pounds of meat. Question everything.'
Even the steakhouse gluttons who have to finish a steak to get it for free eat only a few pounds.
Those kinds of lessons extended out of the world any idea of education I had received previously and they have served me all my life.
